For this project the client has had issues over the years keeping the universities skylights water tight. After multiple attempts by different contractors using the same standard method of removing the the old sealants and replacing them, CPR was called in to bring the structure back to life.

To solve the customers complex problem CPR worked with the client and proposed a new technology.

A Custom premolded procured silicone mullion cap system was installed over the existing mullion caps and sealants. This was a safer and long term way to provide a water tight system for the client. Removing any manual means of cutting the sealant out and further damaging the skylight. Allowing old material to stay in place while providing a 100% water tight system. #BringingStructuresToLife
